Homebrewing a cask-conditioned Dark Mild πΊ
I developed this recipe w/ @BasicBrewing. I brewed it on an @SsBrewtech SVBS.
After conditioning, I pulled the beer through an engine with a sparkler (because it was under-carbonated).
We drank it all in a single day π»

I upgraded my home brewery to brew 5 & 10-gallon batches with two mobile setups: the @SsBrewtech 3v 20-gallon system and the SVBS (not sponsored, just a fan).
I bottled a Belgian Tripel that I brewed for @BasicBrewing. James and I developed the recipe on the audio show. And soon we'll be able to taste it after a few weeks of bottle conditioning and carbonation.

Big Blurry Sex Machine Hazy IPA (7.4%)
30% Pale Malt, 2-Row
30% Pilsen
15% Oats, Flaked
15% Wheat Flaked
10% Carapils
30 min hopstand @ 180 Β°F
4 oz Citra
2 oz Motueka
Dry Hop β 3 days
7.5 oz Galaxy
3.5 oz Nelson Sauvin
Easy 2-Liter Yeast Starter π
1. 2,000mL (2 liters) of water. I used RO.
2. Add 7.5 oz of DME
3. Heat water and stir in DME
4. Boil for 10 minutes
5. Chill down to pitching temp
6. Sanitize the flask
7. Pitch yeast
8. Add a sanitized stir bar
9. Stir for 24-48 hours
