@tanawts @GossiTheDog Depending on the system it could be, or even just infrastructure/server team, but also not every org has the luxury of having such defined teams I would say

@GossiTheDog Could also be where it generated an alert on something that was an incident but it also took an automated action, just so you're kept in the loop. But maybe 50%? There can be some use in informational alerts I don't want to discount completely but don't want alert fatigue either.
