@keeltyc @RabidBammer @mindykaling It's a safety measure. The exercise is a deadlift, now a slow drop. Slowly lowering heavy weight introduces risk to power lifters. I think what you are saying is that power lifting isn't great, not that dropping the weights is bad. If you power lift, you drop, otherwise danger.

@GamersNexus @Newegg My experience with Newegg customer service has been really negative in the last year. Been buying from them for over 15 years and always had an excellent experience. Now they do all they can to get and keep your money, even at the risk of losing long time customers.
