However much I agree that my party the NRM under the leadership of HE. @KagutaMuseveni has significantly transformed the economy of Uganda since 1986, I don't think it's makes accurate development indicators comparing today's economy with 1986's. The now economy should be compared with the last 5 years economy. There and then we get to understand best how effective are government's strategic leadership direction.
