@Delta hi I booked a repatriation flight with Delta because the information I found said you would allow a guinea pig in the cabin. The website now says otherwise. Is this a recent change?
@isabellap2020 Who do you think has the โrightsโ to the study? Would it be ethical to publish knowing that some twins may find out they had a twin as a result of publishing? Most are 65 now #lincpsych
@2020Santiagom If you had been part of the study, would you want to know or would you prefer to just think it was an oversight on the part of the agency? #lincpsych
@rekham_20 Very true, their economic situations were different but all were Jewish families in NY, so we could hypothesis that a lot of the deep culture is similar. #lincpsych
If there are people who were participants but still donโt know they have a long lost twin, would it be ethical to now publish those results? #lincpsych
@rekham_20 I agree, the adoption agency didn't have a right to make that kind of life-changing dicision for the children. There was not a lot of consideration for ethics when conducting psychological experiments back then #lincpsych
This brings up an ethical question of who owns the rights to this information. The participants? The agency? The scientific community? The public? #lincpsych
In Eddyโs case, itโs possible to how there are certain vulnerability and provoking factors. For example, the death of a figure who anchored his relationship with his siblings and his brother leaving the business. #lincpsych
