@avroenergy Looks like I'm not the only one who can't get hold of you about renewals DD being raised without consultation. Emails not answered and impossible to get to you by phone? Might not be urgent to you, but it is to me!
@VirginMoney I'm an additional card holder with a Virgin Atlantic credit card. I can't access my account through your app (you won't allow that). I can't access it online (you've taken away that function). I can't reach you on the phone - how am I supposed to manage my account?
@AskVirginMoney I am an equal user of the account, so I should be able to login and view my statement and download it. I don't want telephone banking, I want to access my account online. Either allow me access to the app or reinstate the online account login
