The whole @SIR process is flawed. SNDT College, Churchgate Verification centre is under-staffed, 1 people working for verification of documents for 100 + people. The internet is down and there is no clarity on when this shall end. Have been here for 3+ hours Really disappointed.

sir please, take some action! It happens every day! Thay don't allowed who stand for more then 1.30 hour in depot but take many extra from other bus stops & signals!
