Going on an hour an a half they finally call security to help us. Why would @Dollywood have NO plan or procedure. They have no way to talk to each other. No way to find anyone.

So we hunt all over @Dollywood for over an hour. The employees were nice, but couldn’t help. They did call and check first aid after asking multiple times.

My mom, who is 56 with diabetes and COPD got lost from our group at @Dollywood . After 30 mins of looking we asked for help from staff. To find out that they apparently have NO procedure for such an incident.

It’s sad when @StateFarm is so horrible and degrading that you have to hire legal counsel just to stop being belittled about a wreck that forced your son to be born premature. Cancel that homeowners insurance too because of how awful they treated us!
