@COVID19Tracking American Airlines @AmericanAir is not following social distancing standards. BOTH flights I had today were packed, middle seats full, and boarded normally. Only masks were required. What is the point in having standards if they are only being partially followed?

@AmericanAir in Cleveland you are 100% NOT COVID SAFE!! My plane is PACKED. No social distance signage or practice is being used. I had to ask to move to a row by myself. Not social distancing is not working. Just wearing a mask doesn't cut it.

@uber For my SAFETY, set language selections for the accounts! My driver ALWAYS needs to be able to SPEAK ENGLISH. I have been dropped off too many times in the wrong spot and all my driver can say is "I speak no English."
