@IndStatePolice It’s being shared outside of Indiana too, to any number with an Indiana area code (I got this text this morning in Colorado, haven’t lived in Indiana for 7 years but have a 765 number)
Turns out @LGUS reply yesterday was purely performative. 24+ hours later, no response to the DM they asked me to send, and still, no working refrigerator. Seriously, stay away, folks.
@LGUS is essentially stealing food from my family, lying to me, screwing this all up beyond belief, and @LGUSSupport somehow continues to make it worse. Why is it so hard to just be reasonable and do the right thing, @LGUS? 6/
@LGUSSupport says that I need a proof of purchase. Not possible - prior owner threw receipt away, and store records don’t go back far enough to locate original receipt. Nearly a month later, no functioning refrigerator, and no resolution in sight from @LGUS. 5/
New compressor arrives, cosmetically perfect. Because of shipping delays, we’re now 3 weeks past first contact. New compressor installed, but turns out @LGUS has sent us a compressor with an electrical fault, doesn’t work. Call @LGUSSupport to get a resolution. 4/
The right compressor gets ordered after the tech has already come out. Now I’m told that after I lost over $1k worth of groceries, all @LGUS is going to do is give us $300. Guy on phone incorrectly states they have no obligation to provide anything but warranty says otherwise. 4/
I’m told I’ll be compensated for food loss, and we finally schedule an appointment. Compressor is bad. @LGUS sends us not only the wrong one, but it’s broken and can’t be installed. This is a week and a half after the initial call. 3/
It’s a Friday, support says “Someone will call you to schedule a time to look at it.” No calls, all weekend. Turns out, @LGUS *forgot* to tell us that techs don’t work on the weekend. I call back on Monday and find this out. 2/
Here’s a fun story about how terrible our experience with our broke @LGUS refrigerator has been: April 11, our refrigerator is not cold at all. We scramble to get food into coolers, get ice, and call for service, since it’s under warranty. 1/
