Changing your life is simple in logical terms — it’s the emotional + mental shifts that make it seem difficult. Shedding old layers of yourself, overcoming limiting beliefs and becoming a new person while staying true to yourself. Difficult short-term, essential in the long run.
I was feeling sad for how someone treated me, but then I remembered I treat people well, I am thoughtful, that’s a reflection of me. How people treat me is not mirror of my worth or what I deserve.
May I keep remembering that.
If you've been ruminating, overly reflective or just not feeling your best — get out of your head and into your body. Go for a walk or run, lift some weights, do some yoga, etc. Simply, give your mind a break, get up and get moving.
