There was no auction since mining is not allowed in Sukhnag- There was no environmental clearance. The NKC projects (construction company) sought illegal short-term permits and continued them for 2 years - For this, NKC paid less than Rs 1 crore for the excavation — not even a fraction of the material extracted- This is Environmental and Financial Loot

Left Dalgate at 9:30 AM, reached Doodpathri at 10:45 AM, then remained stranded in a traffic jam till 12:15 PM. No vehicle movement to designated parking areas.

15 Lakh Tones of Riverbed Material like Sand , Bajri and Boulders looted by a Construction Company from a single site at Sail Beerwah- There are half dozen more such sites in Sukhnag River basin- Fishiries destroyed , livelihood of locals snatched - This is not what i am accusing , but the report prepared by NGTs constituted team of experts from @moefcc @CPCB_OFFICIAL @GBPNIHESD who visited the site twice makes mention of it -

Sukhnag River yesterday June 2nd 2026 around 4 PM at Beerwah. This is a warning shot as worst is to be seen because our Govt Officers allowed loot and plunder of this river for 3 years. This has been confirmed by NGTs expert panel which says 15 Lakh Tons of Riverbed Material-RBM has been excavated at one place only Sail village ? Its Embankments are lose, cracked at multiple locations and can cause havoc anytime-
