The U.S. welcomes the decision by interim President Delcy Rodriguez and Venezuela to withdraw from the ICC and the new Venezuelan government's partnership on American-led efforts to dismantle the corrupt and worthless ICC.

The so-called court has been "investigating" Nicolas Maduro since 2018 with no result. The ICC has instead wasted its resources on investigating and charging persons from countries that have competent, independent judicial systems and which never submitted to the jurisdiction of the court. This is blatant overreach, political bias and selective enforcement. The ICC is neither credible, independent, nor legitimate.

Thanks to President Trump's leadership and the efforts of brave American service members, Maduro is now facing justice in U.S. court for crimes he has committed.

It is time to dismantle the ICC.

The U.S. calls on all members of the ICC to withdraw from the Rome Statute.

🥼 Academic publishing is headed toward collapse. It’s been a long time coming, and I welcome it.

The rot started with CIA manipulation to seed disinformation while suppressing inconvenient papers. In conjunction, Robert Maxwell (Ghislaine’s father) transformed the business model into a corrupt, gate-kept, exploitative system.

Nowadays, the “publish or perish” culture, where your worth as a scientist hinges on the number of papers you’ve written & how many times you’ve been citated, led to gaming of the system with “paper mills” & other pay-to-play schemes.

Academic fraud became rampant too, with fake or manipulated data backing false conclusions that served personal, political, or corporate interests.

Over time, the quality of papers dropped while the rate of new papers kept increasing. Researchers couldn’t keep up with it all. The rate of acceleration was too much.

Then came AI, just in time to facilitate the vertical wall of that curve, aimed straight at the singularity guaranteeing system collapse.

AI is speeding up scientific development & paper writing by a factor of 10x-100x, flooding the field with a busted sewer pipe of content.

Scientists following the doomed system will struggle to get noticed, forced either to cheat & join the paper mill gangs, or write short punchy papers that cut through the noise. Like nervous rats clinging to the mast of a sinking ship.

Project this forward & it’s obvious that AI will become both the primary producer & consumer of scientific literature: the writer, reviewer, searcher, summarizer, and eventually (through robotics) the applier.

Instead of scientific journals (which will go extinct) there will be a common repository of data contributed to & drawn from by AI. Instead of peer review, it will be instant AI-review with limited human oversight.

Humans will still be part of that loop doing what AI & robots alone cannot: supervising, building out complicated experiments, and most importantly being the source of true novelty via intuition, inspiration, accident, synchronicity, personal experience, subconscious wisdom built up over time, etc. that can generate new ideas & spot mistakes.

AI is getting better at (seemingly) logical reasoning & permutating ingredients into a (seemingly) greater whole that is (seemingly) novel. AI’s precision of logic will keep improving. As of 2026 it still makes math errors, but soon it will be perfect.

Logic, however, is an inert thing that follows deterministically from the premises, assumptions, hypotheses. AI is still a deterministic machine, or at least its nondeterminism (via random number generators, even if quantum) is non-intelligent.

What AI therefore lacks is truly intelligent nondeterminism that can produce novel/genius hypotheses & insights that go against prevailing assumptions & dominant probability patterns, beyond what AI can come up with or catch on its own. This elite novelty is the currency of the future, something only humans (and higher beings) can provide.

Future scientists will be responsible for interfacing with reality via experiment & observation, plus providing corrections & the genius novelty factor to AI who takes it from there toward its logical conclusion.

This demands a return to the “Renaissance Man” way of being, the multi-disciplinary iconoclast, instead of the “specialized insect” model that dominates modern science.

Science will become purely about data, hypothesis, and RESULTS instead of also credentials, citations, references, and peer review. If it works, it works. No matter how weird, improbable, unexpected, or schizo seeming. Pure pragmatism.

Results, whether via retrodiction (explaining knowns in a more elegant way) or making correct predictions, are all that will matter.

This is closer to the military way of thinking than the academic. We’re moving toward a military-scientific society, due to the emergence of black ops & alien culture into the mainstream as part of disclosure.

To lean into this future, papers will only need to be internally consistent, complete instead of short, and maximally novel, aiming to give AI everything it needs to extrapolate. Author name, references, and citations will become optional when AI can search for all relevant sources automatically & when collective rather than personal advancement takes priority.
