@bookingcom If it was true that you wanted to help, I guess you would contact the flights team yourselves and ask someone with sufficient seniority to review both this case and why their systems are ignoring genuine customer issues. Will you though?

@bookingcom Literally NOTHING happens if you use that link other than an automated response saying you will respond within 48 hours which on the basis of 5 attempts so far you NEVER do. Please do better!
