@bookingcom have the worst customer service going. I stayed somewhere with a non working toilet, 24 hours later got a place with no hot water, have been told no one will call me back and hung up on by customer services, shameful.

This is why I almost always stay at @HiltonHotels mate. Even if the hotel lets you down if you're a loyal member head office will happily sort you out. I gave up on the allure of the 'fancy boutique hotel' when certainty everything will be just fine, especially when travelling with family matters more.
