Behind the polished teleprompter delivery and smug grin lies an administrative record of deliberate destruction, designed to bleed the middle class dry while enriching a parasitic network of consultants, donors, and ideological extremists.

The state’s economic strangulation begins at the gas pump. As of late September 2026, California drivers suffer under gas prices averaging $6.23 per gallon statewide, while the national average sits around $4.30. This extortionate gap exists by design. Newscum engineered this catastrophe through suffocating regulatory regimes, punitive cap-and-trade penalties, and the Low Carbon Fuel Standard. Under his watch, heavy industry was systematically hunted down. Phillips 66 shuttered its major Los Angeles-area refinery in October 2025, followed by Valero permanently closing its Benicia facility in April 2026, cutting the state's refining capacity by an estimated 17 percent. Valero’s leadership explicitly cited the most hostile and punitive regulatory climate in North America. Having actively driven critical refining capacity out of state, Newscum attempted to mask his devastation by signing a pathetic E15 ethanol authorization to shave pennies off prices his own policies drove into the stratosphere. He then boarded a jet to preen at a UN climate summit, lecturing working-class Americans who cannot afford to drive to work while sneering that Donald Trump is an "invasive species." The sheer psychological detachment required to starve one's own citizens of basic energy while playing planetary savior on foreign soil borders on pathological.

The rot runs just as deep into public infrastructure, epitomized by the high-speed rail boondoggle. California voters approved a $33 billion bond in 2008 for a visionary San Francisco-to-Los Angeles corridor. Under Newscum, the project degraded into a money-laundering machine for progressive grifters, with projected costs exploding to an obscene range between $126 billion and $231 billion. The grand coastal network was unceremoniously abandoned for an embarrassing stub connecting Merced to Bakersfield that faces a total cash starvation by late 2027. A blistering September 2026 Inspector General report revealed that private consultants treated taxpayer funds as an open bar. Bureaucratic cronies billed hundreds of thousands of dollars in illegal expenses for upscale nightclubs, tiki bars, escape rooms, luxury gym memberships, and late-night private car services. Working families pay the highest income and sales taxes in America so Sacramento bagmen can expense cocktails in private cabanas while laying zero functional miles of high-speed track.

Nowhere is the moral sickness of Newscum's regime more physically nauseating than on the streets of California's cities. The state houses roughly 12 percent of the American population yet harbors nearly a third of its entire homeless population, dominating the nation in unsheltered human misery. Since Newscum took office promising an aggressive "Marshall Plan" for homelessness, between $20 billion and $37 billion of public capital vanished into thin air. A scathing report from the California State Auditor confirmed that the administration kept virtually no records of where the billions went, failing to track outcomes or prove any reduction in the crisis. Under his signature "Housing First" dogma and the decriminalization agenda of Proposition 47, California's sidewalks became sprawling open-air drug markets, lined with raw sewage, discarded fentanyl needles, and violent psychosis. His administration treats human degradation as an intractable civil right to preserve state funding streams. His cynical depravity was exposed when foreign dignitaries and Chinese officials arrived for an international summit: overnight, Newscum ordered armed state crews to scrub the feces from San Francisco's sidewalks and bulldoze encampments to shield visiting despots from the squalor he forces ordinary taxpayers to endure daily. The moment the foreign convoys departed, the squalor was allowed to flood right back.

The middle class has responded to this predatory governance by voting with their feet. Median home prices hover near $1 million, driven skyward by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and union-strangled zoning laws that paralyze construction. Newscum grandly pledged to build 3.5 million new homes by 2025; his administration failed to deliver even a fraction of that goal. Instead, he oversaw the historic flight of productive taxpayers, businesses, and family wealth to Texas, Florida, and Tennessee. While ordinary families are squeezed out by impossible property costs, rolling brownouts, and skyrocketing property insurance, Newscum cashes out, quietly listing his multi-million dollar luxury estates for $7.5 million, thoroughly insulated from the economic wasteland he mandates for everyone else.

His lawlessness extends directly to the border and the criminal justice system. Newscum declared California a universal sanctuary, spending billions of taxpayer dollars providing state-funded Medicaid to undocumented non-citizens while basic municipal services rot. Even after being forced to publicly concede that his administration "failed on the border," he routinely mobilizes state attorneys to obstruct federal immigration enforcement and protect criminal non-citizens from deportation. Inside the prison system, his woke bureaucracy diverted public health funds to finance cosmetic gender reassignment surgeries for incarcerated felons. In the streets, rampant organized retail theft rings gutted downtown business districts because repeat property offenders face virtually zero legal consequences.

The personal hypocrisy binds this entire indictment together. Newscum is a caricature of aristocratic entitlement. During the height of draconian pandemic lockdowns, when small businesses were forced into bankruptcy and children were locked out of classrooms, he was caught feasting maskless on white truffles at the French Laundry alongside healthcare lobbyists. He established the California State Protocol Foundation, a corporate-funded slush fund designed to underwrite his lavish international travel and skirt disclosure laws. His wife’s non-profit networks operate as lucrative conduits for institutional dark money, drawing scrutiny from federal investigators. His private moral bankruptcies, laid bare in confessional exposés detailing illicit affairs with a top aide's wife during his mayoral days, match his public governance: slick, disloyal, and thoroughly devoid of character.

Newscum now spends his days executing an embarrassing series of desperate, all-caps internet rants and pushing gerrymandered redistricting power grabs like Proposition 50, desperately trying to keep himself relevant for a doomed 2028 presidential campaign. He is an empty, oiled vessel of progressive decay: a man who inherited an economic powerhouse blessed with natural abundance and transformed it into a crime-ridden, debt-laden feudal estate. He serves as an urgent warning of what happens when progressive vanity goes unchecked.

There are different levels of courage. Edan Alexander is the one you measure the others against.

He grew up in New Jersey. He volunteered for Golani. On October 7 he had stayed at the outpost near Nirim so someone else could go home for Shabbat. At 6:57 in the morning he called his mother and told her she wouldn’t believe what he was seeing. Then he held the post against about thirty gunmen, alone, until they took him.

In the tunnel he was in uniform, and the civilians who were thrown in with him calmed down because a soldier was there. He told them they would get out. He argued, in English, for the Thai workers, because they were not Israelis and Hamas had no reason to keep them. He was the last living American they held. He came home on his feet.

He spent 584 days in the tunnels, no daylight, fighting every day just to stay alive. His mother waited that long for the hug. She got him back in her arms.

Most people would have called that the end of the story. He stood up and said it wasn’t. A month after giving this speech, Edan went back and put on that uniform so he can continue the fight.

His story didn’t end with survival. It continued with service.
That’s a whole different level of courage. They took a boy from New Jersey and buried him under Gaza for a year and a half. He came out and asked for the uniform back. He is a legend. A true lion of Israel.

Awad Darawshe was 25 years old on October 7.

An Arab-Israeli paramedic who dreamed of becoming a doctor, Awad was working at the Nova festival when Hamas attacked.

As the massacre unfolded, he carried the wounded to the medical tent and treated patient after patient. When the gunfire became overwhelming, the medical team fled. Awad helped others escape—but refused to leave.

There were wounded people who couldn’t run.

Awad stayed and continued treating them.

Hamas terrorists eventually murdered him inside the medical tent. When his body was recovered, bandages were still in his hands. Some of the people he treated survived.

Thousands, Muslims, Jews, Christians, Druze and Circassians, came to mourn him. His father called Awad “our light.”

On one of Israel’s darkest mornings, Awad had the chance to run.

He stayed because wounded people needed him.

Jews however have no equal rights than Muslims do in Muslim states, and the vast majority of Jews were forced out of every Muslim state with very few, if any, left in many of them.

And conditions have become so difficult in the two new Islamic states of France and Britain that Jews are beginning to leave there too.

Nidal Hasan was born in America to Palestinian parents from the West Bank. They did not come here for a better life. They came to keep living the jihad inside the country that handed them freedom.

He was raised in a religious family, he went to the mosque where Anwar al-Awlaki, born in America to Yemeni parents, preached jihad against the infidels. Awlaki later became an Al-Qaeda recruiter.

America put Hasan in uniform, made him an Army officer, and gave him everything. His loyalty was never to that uniform. It was to the ummah.

He opposed the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, then turned on the soldiers preparing to deploy. He shouted “Allahu Akbar,” killed 13, and wounded 32.

Anwar al-Awlaki praised him:

“Nidal Hasan is a hero. He is a man of conscience who could not bear living the contradiction of being a Muslim and serving in an army that is fighting against his own people.”

He also said the only way a Muslim could justify serving in the U.S. Army was to follow in Nidal’s footsteps.

The Pentagon now says he will face a firing squad. He is going to die for what he did.
