@Bromine77 @chikinmom1 @FitWithDrSam They didn’t on ours, so maybe that’s lender specific. She’s not on SFH rentals either. My wife brought it to my attention on our homestead and was something she wanted to be included on, so our latest move I made sure she was. It’s all ours anyway.

The last year has seen quite the shake up. Failed business relationships and even friendships. A new (for us) home that has seen tons of expansions/renovations that are not always easy. Sometimes it takes shedding layers and stepping back to reach new levels. Reminder to all to run your own race, and look internally as often as you can.

As I sit and reflect on our new back patio, my blood pressure drops every time. Don’t mind the mess, it’s still a work in progress. As am I…
