@KirkWilson Because the wages of sin is death. Regeneration is not about the forgiveness of sins, but being born again in Christ and raised to life. The atonement is still absolutely necessary because it requires a perfect sacrifice that can only be fulfilled by Christ.

The dehumanization here is just astounding, along with the internal contradiction of someone having “bodily autonomy” over another seperate person’s bodily autonomy.
@TruthHolder2023 So is the use here of John 8:58 supposed to be saying Jesus is the one eternal God, or that he merely preexisted for some time before Abraham? Because those are two very different things.
