@bradfordmdc Sadly I think it is..it least it matches the other botched-up areas few meters away on the other side from alhambra and across the street infront of the city park. devastating, since all these were only refurbished few years ago. Unless that's the city's new look for 2025☹

@bradfordmdc a heart breaking scene across the whole city. I don't understand how contractors get away with delivering this monstrous quality of work. After months of never ending digs, they just lay tarmac to patch it up while the paving tiles are just right there!
