I feel like this got covered up in some people’s news. Now, you can’t sue law enforcement if they don’t Mirandize you. YOU have to express your desire for a lawyer & to remain silent. A slippery slope for criminal proceedings even if the decision claims those won’t be affected.

To everyone saying “just take precautions” first off: how can you tell a rape victim to just “take precautions”? How do you tell the pregnant woman who very much wanted a baby but the baby is not going to survive birth to “take precautions”? This isn’t about precautions.
