@alisa_weinstein Does this also have to do with writing calibration notes after writing your self-assessment, which are two entirely different formats? Because I totally get that. It adds to the mental exhaustion of perf on top of everyone scrambling to get things done to showcase on perf.

After airline flights, I too have been known to unbuckle my seatbelt moments before the aircraft has "come to a complete stop," so I have experienced this level of courage first hand.
@steveportigal Not great! I would say I’m shocked, but a similar group already stormed the Michigan state Capitol this summer with little consequence. Infuriating that folks were just strolling through the rotunda like it was a field trip.
