@cenbank I write on behalf of FIT Facility Management to complain about remittances to the tune of  ₦11,354,659 owed us by @FlwSupport over the period of  November 2023 to December 2024.

We use fluttewave as a payment gateway for the residents of the Estate we manage to purchase prepaid electricity units. However, between Nov. 2023 to Dec. 2024, we noticed a discrepancy between the payments made by residents,

and the actual figures remitted by flutterwave to us. After several complaints to the meter providers MOJEC and to @FlwSupport, in December they remitted ₦3,631,077.
Leaving the outstanding balance at ₦7,723,582.
