Freezer woes. Bought at end of July. Never quite worked properly. Engineer out to fix 3 times. Finally agreed it’s a write off. Near impossible to arrange to get it replaced @HotpointUK. Please can someone take ownership and sort out. Passed from pillar to post.

@currys arrange delivery & installation on a specific day, get confirmation that it’s happening. WFH. Told that the systems can’t coordinate with courier so they have no idea when delivery & installation will actually happen. Seems reasonable. Guess delivery & installation day.

@EE Just a loop of option 1,2, or 3 or star for anything else which just plays you the options for 1,2 or 3.

@EE Tried the number no option to speak to anyone. Payment was due today, incorrectly “topped-up” got no data even though the messages told me to top up. Had to top-up the bundle instead so you fleeced me twice. Once on the top up and then losing all my rolled over data.

Now maths was never my strong point @webuyanycar but £618 of deductions after the on-site valuation doesn’t equate to a nearly £3k reduction in the online valuation. What a waste of time.

@VueHelp Not had a DM yet. Went to the cinema as the website suggested, paid £12 for parking, to be told due to an issue the cinema was shut. Nothing on website to say this.
