@Avis And we reserved the rental WELL in advance so i really donโt want to here excuses. There must be a internal reason why you cannot staff your company. Maybe worry about that and you wonโt have customers leaving and always pissed off.
@Avis landed in San Juan, PR with a reservation at 5:15. Iโm STILL waiting for my rental! This is definitely the LAST time I EVER rent any vehicle from this company. This is the worst customer service Iโve ever experienced.
@Avis Since I wasted over 3 hrs of my day waiting. The least you or the staff at the counter could have done was compensate me for my time but yโall didnโt. Donโt worry, Iโll take my business elsewhere.
