@bt_uk Hi, my connection cut out again this evening and I just go to buffering - I was listening to an audiobook on an Alexa device at the time which also just cuts off. Very frustrating!

@bt_uk I have been having intermittent connectivity issues for a few months, and getting worse. Connection drops out at least a few times per day and doesn’t improve with hub reset. FTTP at guaranteed 425Mbps; which is fine when it is connected but doesn’t help this issue!

@jet2tweets Yes, always getting the same loop. My friend also tried and is getting the exact same thing happen on her devices and using her account. Choosing a different hotel I get through no bother; but it seems to be this one (that we want, of course!) which is just not processing.

@bt_uk I managed to report through the text service, it came back OK but carried out the steps advised so just need to wait and see if it remains stable - tough issue as it is not always present so difficult to know if it’s ‘fixed’ right away 🤦🏽‍♀️ thanks!

We have FTTP and 500Mb connection however it has been awful recently. When running the speed test it either shows us this or that ‘everything is fine’ but surely it doesn’t meet the standards of minimum guarantee when half the time it can’t even connect for speed test?
