@ToonyCherry_ even if she just hated trans folk is that not enough? do they not matter?? why do people always need more (just to be clear im not saying this about you)
@lainey15398991 Of course everyone’s experience is gonna be different, my problem is ppl saying “girls would never do this” when I have seen young girls do worse
Yall really underestimate how mean middle/high school girls can be towards girls who are different from them. Unfortunately “Girl code” doesn’t apply to girls who are autistic, poor or fat
@panarthropod@mizu_mizu_mii And as the majority of CSA is done by family members / ppl close to the victim, this would be used to further manipulate the victim into silence.
I get the desire for suitable punishment for horrific crimes but can't ignore the unintended consequences
@mizu_mizu_mii One of the most common reasons child sex abuse victims don't come forward is a desire to "protect" their abuser, and that's just with prison time as consideration
It’s another consequence of people imagining your average rape to be a random man violently dragging a woman off the street rather than what it actually is which is someone the women knows coercing her, often with no violence at all.
@_TheShubs at this point "trans man mulan" is some kind of anti-trans propaganda because ive never seen the actual headcanon but somehow people always complain about it
I'm a trans man so maybe it's a bit different, but the "female socialization" I received did not make me anything like the girls and women around me. Y'all only bring up "socialization" when it's to sneakily misgender trans women
@Provokatov “being around demographics known to rape may result in rape” how far does this rhetoric go? was i, at four years old, at fault for being raped by my dad because i should’ve known not to be around him because he’s a man?
