This week I rented a @Budget truck to move my sister across the country and let me tell you, worst rental truck I have ever received. We paid so much money to receive a truck with so much safety issues. We decide to drive overnight, so I couldn’t even get a new truck.

I've used your services @Budget with @Avis to rent a car for 1551 euros and I'm charged 2280 euros

- Avis email in the bill isn't working anymore
- Budget customer service link in email gives a 404
- Budget response email isn't monitored from what I've received

@Budget never rent from these guys they are crooks. Prepaid rental, was given smaller car, budget claims it’s an upgrade even though it’s smaller and the list price was cheaper on website! They will do anything to avoid refunding!!!!

@Budget rented a car September 2 in Charlotte, NC at the airport and dropped it off on Friday, September 5 at the airport. On Monday we got a charge on a card saying we didn’t drop it off but we did we gave we’re given a different confirmation number and now we’re supposed to wait, HELP!

@Budget help please I need to keep my car 2 extra days. 70 dollars is the total charge. Thats Fine… your person on the phone says it’s 150 total Because of taxes. Not possible and she could only say there are 80 dollars in taxes being charged.
