@ATTHelp after multiple calls to technical support about our extremely unreliable internet service, the best solution that could be offered is to disable parental controls. If I had young children in my home, this would be a totally unacceptable solution. Surely you can do better

The nice lady at @McDonald’s told us we had to use the kiosk to order. Then she came and stood behind us to give us step by step directions in how to use it. I wondered why, if she could stand over us at the kiosk, she couldn’t stand behind the counter and take our order.

I’m usually fairly patient, but nothing is more frustrating than an automated phone system that asks a myriad of questions and then connects you with a person. It would have been much quicker to connect me with someone when I asked for “representative.” #keepmecalm

I generally like my 2014 @honda Accord. But the Bluetooth system has quit syncing contacts. If I say “Call Judy,” it calls Jim Abbott because for some reason it chooses to sync his number instead of hers. Strange to me that a @honda dealer can’t figure out how to fix it.
