@facebookapp My account is blocked and I believe hacked. No attempts or ways of resetting are working as emails with are not coming to me and a different email sometimes shows which is not mine. Facebook help centre is also not accepting or recognising my form submissions. HELP!

Hi @marksandspencer. Am I right in thinking I can’t exchange an item with a hole in it without going to a store? Bought online but can only return not exchange so will incur delivery cost to reorder. Trying to get through to a real person on the phone proving impossible 😔
