It’s a little hazy but still a great day to be walking around meeting with great people in Chicago. I love days like this mixing work with the beauty of the city.
@Ross__Marino Whatever makes sense. I try to do more of what I love , human interaction , actual planning, and less of what I don’t like admin and repetitive work. Started with part time VA then full time VA. Hired marketing help (outsourced) for a while. Use a TAMP. Happiness >money
@michaelbatnick stop yourself with the crimson tide >hunt for red october takes. Hunt for red October is where they should have stopped with the genre of film. It never gets better.
It was immensely satisfying to get to tell the story of one of my hero/clients!
I am so grateful to have been a part of this with all my @theadvisorgc advisors!

@wwwojtekk You would not want mutual funds that generate large cap gains sitting in taxable accounts and you would want bonds and REITs in tax deferred.
The benefits of this are greater the older you get/closer you are to distributions
@wwwojtekk Are you only considering those two options? If so then yes high growth goes into Roth .
If you have taxable a account in the mix then you just also know tax bracket and you would want some stocks in taxable account to be able to harvest losses and to pay lower cap gains rates
