Honestly I just need a creative outlet.
Been quiet on here for a long while. That changes now.
If you think in systems, build on purpose, or you're somewhere in the middle of becoming something new... you're my people.
Follow along!
If you feel lost, build something.
A business. Your body. A skill set. Anything that gives you a reason to learn and focus.
Don't worry about choosing the right thing. Don't think about how difficult it will be.
Just start moving forward and you'll find a path that feels right
15 years in. I don't have to prove anything anymore.
And somehow that's the most humbling place I've ever stood.
New role. New industry. Beginner's mind on purpose.
Turns out the most dangerous thing you can bring into a new season is the need to already know everything.
What's one thing you had to unlearn to level up?
I'll go first.
That being a hard worker was the goal.
It's not. Getting a seat at the table isn't it either.
Building your own table. That's the real work.
You don't need permission to build.
I had to remind myself of that this week.
Some things I was building publicly got quieter for a season. But building privately? Nobody can take that from you.
And honestly... the version of me that shows up for my family while I step into something new might be the best thing I've built yet.
The work continues. Just differently.

When I offer my limited POV, I’m not looking down at you. Forgive me if it ever comes across that way! I make mistakes, have been flat-out wrong, learned the hard way & so choose to hope for better days for the world. I believe it’s possible… we can all win!
