Ability to turn off the interrupt feature in advanced voice. Simple Example of problem: kids playing trivia game in the car, someone in the back makes a comment while the question’s being asked, chat stops talking interprets it as an answer. Promting it to turn off interrupting feature doesn’t work.

@Sonos I counted 20 speakers of yours invested in. That is a huge amount of e-waste to be put in the garbage. How are you not taking responsibility for this failure of your software? How do consumers get any type of recourse here? Is this going to end up in some kind of class action?

@Sonos I think we have about 14 of your speakers - and can’t use any of them. What have you done? From family members to in-laws to friends to strangers - seems consistent the system is in a failure state that no one has enough time to try and troubleshoot - or at least everybody has wasted so much time trying to fix it, it’s no longer worth it. Going back to Bluetooth.
