@JTAlexander I tried dozens of capital murders, and only ever commented on the ones where I was able to show at trial that the prosecutors had committed actual malfeasance. Never had a death verdict.
@DavidVStewart The problem is this attitude exists beside the brutally utilitarian opportunity cost beliefs of drug dealers and gang members. Amoral cost benefit analysis in the same population.
@IonaItalia Over 40 yrs later the smell of my box of board school things (jerseys, lax gloves, yrbook, letter,etc) still makes me think "hungry" , while my box of football and lax stuff from college does not. It may also be smell of floor wax (I went to a military hs).
@NoLongerBennett "Longstanding claims" and "persistent rumors" presuppose knowledge by the jurors outside of testimony. Defense did what it could, but juries and reasonable doubt do some strange things...
