I called it that Tara wasn’t fit to be CEO. Let’s give thanks that she decided to call it quits, and now give the new CEO a chance to turn the business around. It’s not too late!

WeightWatchers $WW is trading at an absurd 4x EV/EBITDA on $115mn EBITDA.
Clinical biz is set to grow ~100%+ YoY.
They’ve beaten Street consensus 2 quarters in a row… yet the stock pumps 10–15% in the morning then dies flat.
Why the Street refuse to give them any credit?

COO Jon sounds smart and refreshing, he should be CEO! CFO is ok, she gave real numbers insight. The CEO is stiff. U spent time at Shake shack, come on!
@dcblocher sure maybe, but still exceeded consensus estimates
they also said 2026 likely to be trough due to higher ad spend. what matters is that biz still generate FCF
7/7
At 4x EBITDA, stock is cheap, little downside. Should see high growth in clinical.
6x ebitda, stock worth $40/shr.
The setup is there, they just need to stop sounding so boring.
@ww_us IR please stand up! More roadshows! Show Tara!

Cash-flow positive. Didn’t burn cash in Q4. Likely to generate $30–40M+ FCF in 2026.
Clinical segment has real tailwinds: insurance acceptance growing, menopause a plus, enterprise deals coming.
Management can still screw up… but they have runway now.
What am I missing?
If the short thesis relies on mentioning “Chinese” or “Russian ties,” @CulperResearch is targeting emotional reactions, not fundamentals.
His track record since Dec 24 tells the story: 9 sell reports, 4 down, 5 up. That’s a 44% win rate, worse than a chimp throwing darts.

$HROW
Whether they do $250 or $280 million in revenue for 2025 is irrelevant, it's still a company with solid growth prospects, and a growing portfolio. Given the fundamentals, it hardly matters if it trades at 5x or 7x revenue.
2/2
$HROW The real problem is the CEO overhyping the story and then missing revenue targets in the very same quarter as the Investor Day. It's the most counterproductive move he could possibly make.
