#bbcsaturdaylive Love that Greg James has joined the Saturday Live team. But I HATE the inane laughter that punctuates the show. I regularly press the off button because of this. I am a very happy and positive person but I find the pointless loud guffawing really off-putting.
Why isn’t the university marking boycott getting more news coverage? Up to 1 in 3 final year students are currently learning they won’t graduate with a grade because of the pay dispute. My daughter - along with many others - has been offered £500 as compensation. After spending £27,750 on course fees, and countless hours and stress doing a dissertation that she was proud of, but has now been told may never be marked. This is outrageous. Quite rightly, students are saying they will tear up their unclassified degrees, because this is offensive. These are the kids who didn’t get to do A levels, because of COVID. They are being let down horrendously. I believe we need to do more to stand up and say this situation is unacceptable. Disputes happen. The grown ups should sort it out and do the right thing by these students now #standwithstudents
Just tried some more Cadbury’s Whole Nut. Tastes like a really artificial cheap chocolate. What a disappointment. Won’t be buying it again - ever!

#chocolate Bought Cadburys Whole Nut bar today for the first time in ages. Expectation massive. Delivery zero. Simply not the taste I remember. Won’t bother again. What a terrible shame.
I have 3 orders despatched weeks ago and supposedly being delivered by Evri. None have arrived and the companies in question are all re-issuing the orders to me. I suggest that companies stop using Evri as they clearly are not up to the job. #deliveries#Evri
This is my MP, Rt. Hon Dame Andrea Leadsom DBE. She voted to allow water companies to discharge raw sewage into our sea and rivers. Her actions will be remembered in 2024. #TorySewageParty

10 yrs ago, retired Brewer and Burlingham Gardener Ray Ashworth brewed a ‘Juburlee Ale’ at home, & bottled it for the Burlingham Street Party.
Fellow resident Chris Gates saved his. They just got together and opened it. Perfect condition, hint of Barley Wine. Cheers!
