@AirbnbHelp I've been waiting to talk to a supervisor since Friday the 19th. Called 4 times. Nobody ever calls me back even though multiple staff said they would. This is all in regards about a refund for a place I reserved in Texas during the declared state of emergency.

i’m so mad @Airbnb. y’all need to give ALL TEXANS full refunds on trips that needed to be canceled during this winter storm. I paid $2000 on a house and my host gave me back $400 of that and has refused any more, this is beyond fucked up
