Clemson took a chance on him. It paid off, he was compensated accordingly for his success. He should be compensated accordingly for his failures.

He was a top-5 coach all-time of college football was still set up like it was in the 4-team CFP era. But those days are long gone.

@TheColeBryson Put the man on a PIP like any other employee. Outline expectations with his input. Publicly state school’s wish to honor *mutual* commitments. Praise him as a GOAT, gratitude, “earned right to write his own ending.” Ask Dabo whether HE thinks he met expectations. Renegotiate.
