I've upped the dose.
Honestly, Adapalene (Differin) has been a huge gamechanger for my skin.
I've been using the .1% over the counter concentration for almost a year now and it's been great.
Decided to bump up to the prescription strength .3% as there is some clinical evidence it can better help with fine lines/wrinkles, skin tone, photoaging etc.
Actually wish I was using this in my 20s and 30s. Waaay too late to the party.
I'd say using a topical retinoid like this is right up there with finally getting laser eye surgery as one of those things I'm embarrassed to admit I didn't do sooner.
And no, I'm not an affiliate.
But for an inexpensive, evidence-based skin care routine I'd have just a few core products:
1) A good facial moisturizer with SPF (minimum SPF 30)
2) A glycerin based cleanser for washing your face
3) A topical retinoid (use before bed)
That would be it.
I've now added Wispr, Notion, Granola, Fireflies, Zoom, Gemini, Cluely, Otter, Fathom, Read AI, and Wingrep to every meeting.
Each produces slightly different meeting notes.
I send all of them to Claude and ChatGPT, which push the summaries into Slackbot and Salesforce AI. Linear agents automatically create tickets while Notion agents create follow-ups in Notion. A Zapier workflow then uses 500k tokens to draft a follow up email in Superhuman.
None of it works and all of it is wrong but man, is it beautiful.
AGI is here.
“The greatest motivator in the world is your ass on the bench. Ass meets bench, bench retains ass, ass transmits signals to the brain, brain transmits signals to the body, body gets ass off bench and plays better. It's a hell of a sequence.”

Old Ranch Hand — A ranch dressing-flavored cream ale blending smooth malt with hints of buttermilk, herbs and spices. Served with a ranch salt rim.

Everyone always talking about “talent density” in Silicon Valley when we really should be talking about how 80% of pretzels in America come from a small region of Pennsylvania
Attending a 5-year-old's birthday party requires the tactical precision of a covert operative.
The invitation said the event was a casual gathering from 2 PM to 4 PM.
There's nothing casual about 15 screaming children hyped on buttercream frosting.
I arrived at exactly 2:03 PM and established a perimeter near the bounce house.
My objective was simple, ensure my son secured exactly 2 pieces of pizza and sustained 0 injuries.
Another parent tried to engage me in small talk about local property taxes.
I deployed a smoke screen by pointing at a random child and yelling that someone was double-dipping their carrot stick in the ranch.
In the ensuing chaos, I extracted my son from the ball pit.
We successfully breached the exit at 3:14 PM with a plastic goody bag containing 3 temporary tattoos and a choking hazard.
I debriefed him in the minivan.
We're never socializing again.
I'm sorry son.
