@BrandonLesco6 @PurrminatorVT @steamfitters638 Obviously building didn’t have a problem until nonunion added 11 floors of steel and concrete above it. union foreman would have seen this problem in the drawings and a site visit. They have the experience and make onsite corrections all the time

@johnpaulking407 It appears these kids hung out all the time and treated each other as boys. Sometimes laughing sometimes arguing. It’s just kids being kids. I’d be surprised if there was foul play. Beaches boats and ocean coupled with alcohol etc. anything can go wrong. God rest this kids soul.

@HumphreyKart @patkiernan Jacks from the bottom up I’d say. Then rip out the section that failed. No way to salvage that steel that’s stretched and twisted. All new connections needed

@patkiernan Flange plates and web pates prevented that section from collapsing is what that looks like to me. That whole section needs to be ripped out and redone. Columns obviously need to be sized properly all the way to the foundation..
