@summarizest@DavidColtart@CityofBulawayo@AfricaFirsts Congratulations to the one and only City of Kings and Queens Bulawayo. Kudos to the visionary leadership of Mayor David Coltart ..... we are surely witnessing the changes for the better
@DavidColtart@CityofBulawayo Great progress Mayor. Every little step taken to solve the water situation in our beloved Bulawayo is commendable. Thanks for your updates and focus in the midst of all the politicking and posturing
@DavidColtart@CityofBulawayo Great job @DavidColtart We thank you for your commitment to Bulawayo. Indeed patriots like Junior Ngulube will rally with you on this noble cause
Last night I had a highly productive meeting in Johannesburg laying the groundwork for funding for a waste management project in @CityofBulawayo, the construction of Glassblock Dam and the development of further informal sector markets around the central business district of #Bulawayo.
We have a long way to go, and face many obstacles, but these are crucial first steps as we seek to clean up our City, secure its water supplies and protect, and advance the interests of, the most vulnerable of our residents.
I am grateful for patriots like Junior Ngulube who are working so hard in SA to assist our vision to transform Bulawayo into one of Africa’s leading cities.
Remembering the life and times of Cde Jason Ziyaphapha Moyo. He was ZAPU’s Vice President heading the external wing in Zambia until his death on January 22, 1977. JZ Moyo was killed in Zambia through a parcel bomb. These are our heroes. #Zimbabwe
@DavidColtart@CityofBulawayo Vehicle licensing & electricity payments used to be big sources of revenue for the City before Zinara & Zesa. That time Bulawayo roads were the best & there was never a time we had electricity problems. These 2 SOEs have taken the state of our roads & energy to the dark ages
@DavidColtart@BBCWorld Many commercial & industrial buildings in Bulawayo have been taken over by churches similar to TB Joshua’s. I’d think the Mayor is sending a wake up call to the people of Bulawayo to be careful of such churches and work towards re commercializing and re industrializing Bulawayo
On the day in 1986 Lieutenant General Lookout Masuku, a former commander of ZPRA died at the age of 46 .He was arrested in 1982 on charges of plotting a coup against Robert Mugabe. He was acquitted in 1983 but immediately detained again under emergency powers. At his burial Joshua Nkomo said: "Mafela, Lookout, after all his sacrifices, died a pauper in our own hands. We cannot blame colonialism and imperialism for this tragedy. We who fought against these things & we now practise them. Why? Why? Why? ....And one of the worst evils we see today is corruption. The country bleeds today because of corruption. There is something radically wrong with our country today and we are moving fast towards destruction. There is confusion and corruption and, let us be clear about it, we are seeing racism in reverse under false mirror of correcting imbalances from the past. .No country can live by slogans, pasi this and pasi that. When you are ruling you should never say pasi to anyone. If there is something wrong with someone you must try to uplift him, not oppress him. We cannot condemn other people and then do things even worse than they did.Yes, he can be forgotten temporarily by the state. But the young people who do research will one day unveil what Lookout has done" #Asakhe
@KMutisi@HHichilema If we choose you we die poor, no freedom is speech in our own home, and have to risk our lives to skip the country for food and freedom....so who is better you or HH????
Zinara has published figures about its disbursements to road authorities today for the period 1/1/23 to 30/9/23. #Bulawayo received Z$ 752 million - only about US$125,405 ! Let that sink in. How much did Zinara receive from Bulawayo motorists during the same period in US$?

Moses Cuuuhhhh✅. Urban street hustler in Bulawayo📍. I have known him since my FIFA days in high school. He came through just when I opened with a small office opening gift and has helped me market the studio📸. #TheGrindDontStop#DrunakMedia#BookYourShoot
