@eDreams_en so I have been told multiple times since my initial query you’ll be in contact within 72 hrs. During todays follow-up by me, I was promised a call within 5hrs. I’m yet to see a squadron of flying pigs & feel I’m more likely to win the lottery than ever hear from you!

@eDreams shocking service. 2 weeks of chasing and told on 3 separate occasions someone would contact me within 72 hours. Still waiting. Still nothing. No customer service at all, just empty promises. Avoid at all costs!
