visited @Sainsburys Tollgate Colchester today for the cafe. 20 minutes in the queue and not even close to ordering…. Ridiculous slow set up…. Resorted to Costa over the road!

@greeneking just walked 35 minutes to the Castle in Bakewell which the website clearly stated food is served until 10pm to be told food orders stop at 8pm and the website is wrong….. for a major corporate this is just ridiculous! Very disappointed.

One disappointed Son. Went to @NandosUK tollgate & told by staff to join the virtual queue who said 25 mins. Retreated from cold to the car to wait. 40 minutes later no message and when I asked they said still 25 mins. How can they get so wrong? Son’s favourite, maybe no more!!
