Seems @AmazonUK has a disappearing iPhone problem . I was expecting delivery of a new iPhone on Thursday, still not arrived. Spoke to customer service who won’t do anything until 19 December. They won’t send a replacement or refund my money. This is shocking customer service.

@easyJet are an absolute disgrace. First you cancel my flight, then I can’t rebook using your useless app. No human beings to speak to at the airport. End up paying for new flights, hotel and taxi which you won’t reimburse. Outrageous behaviour.
This was a very powerful episode. Brilliantly acted and sensitively handled. However, I do feel the prevailing attitude to MND is that sufferers take their lives as there is no hope. My mum died of MND and it never occurred to her to kill herself. Better palliative care#Casualty
@BrightonHoveBus why has the 22 stopped going to the station during the day? Not a helpful change!! I will now have to drive and park my car at great expense as walking from Churchill square is difficult. Also the live times app had useful features that the new app doesn't have.
@BBCWatchdog I have had lots of shoes that have #lostsoles. Often shoes that have been stored for a while or not worn often. Worst time was at a wedding. Makes include Hotter and Clarks.
Very annoyed with @virginmedia they are still charging me for a SIM card I don't want and haven't refunded last month's charge. Can't bear calling and talking to someone whose English is poor again.
