@TLRailUK It’s not on you will, but do you not think this is all a bit silly? Paying £30, and only kinda getting the service you’re paying for? Like going to a garage and then sort 3 of your 4 tyres out? £30 is a lot of money, I mean if you have a car it’s cheaper and more reliable
@TLRailUK why are you such a joke? I’ve now tried twice to submit a claim due to trains not running and I keep getting an error message. Why didn’t the 0031 run from St Pancreas to Luton? Why do I now have to wait for a slow train…
@TLRailUK And I know it’s not your fault Will, but this is becoming a joke. Bad claims systems, and trains that never appear… the amount of money that Thameslink charge is disgusting for the service they provide
@TLRailUK Nope, currently on the 0057, which will get me in at lease 35 mins later…. The late services are becoming embarrassing! The lack of information on the platforms is a joke! And I can’t make a claim as the website doesn’t seem to be able to register me
