The bottom line that proponents of daylight saving time don’t understand is that there’s only one time of the day that sunlight has a beneficial impact on our circadian rhythm which impacts the risk of obesity, diabetes, and disease, and that is precisely the time of day that daylight saving time takes it away.
Because of that this switch would increase the risk of all of those diseases as multiple studies have already shown based on placement within a time zone
