Some drivers don’t recognize people that walk or bike to places as real people or customers.. it’s just odd.

The building leaves a sliver along the waterfront for people to enjoy. Imagine laying grass beside bmo field - that’s not a public space that would be welcoming.

@ChrisSpoke If we want to create density, we have to acknowledge that parks are people’s backyards. We are essentially privatizing a park for wealthy people and then also ramping up density in the west end of Toronto.
We need less selfish folks making decisions.
