We are so blessed as DC residents. I’ve lived here almost a decade and yet I discover new things everyday. Today, I realized how massive the National Museum of Asian Art is and how little time I’ve spent inside it. The fact that we have this for free is just incredible.
A social housing mandate for 1/3 extremely low income, 1/3 very low income and 1/3 market-rate, with ground-floor retail going to progressive-aligned options like daycare — would likely mean zero housing being built. My understanding is this couldn't pencil anywhere in the DMV
