My Xiaomi 13 Pro has the green line display issue—reported in Oct, emailed again on 12/11/25, but no action taken by the Pondicherry service centre.
@XiaomiIndia please look into this. Customers deserve better support.

@ManojSi17864999 @_techibee @XiaomiIndia My 13 pro display has a pink line issue as well. They claimed major damage in my phone, due to which the screen has pink line. There is just a small scuff at a corner, which they have mentioned as "MAJOR DAMAGE".

Xiaomi is trying to SHOW that they are trying to fix for free....

I am a Xiaomi 13 pro user. I recently updated to hyper os 2.1.While using the phone, suddenly I noticed a pink line. There is no free replacement policy by mi and they are charging around 25k for it. My phone has no dents or scratches, so why would I pay for the repair.

Hey @XiaomiIndia, there's a pink line issue on the Xiaomi 13 Pro after the HyperOS 2.1 update! The phone has no dents or scratches, but there's still no free replacement.
