Weird codex error:
Error: account/read failed during TUI bootstrap: account/read failed: failed to load workspace requirements: other error (code -32603)

The fix was: codex app-server daemon restart

This was with latest 0.164.0. Also had to hit ctrl+c to get out, it would not respond to /quit

@damonchen temporarily staying in china (includes hong kong) vs. travelling to the unsupported regions, i think makes all the difference. how they define travel vs. a stay, will of course be a bit of a mystery (and also what are your access patterns like, tailscale vs vpn)

Grok Bot only makes phone calls if you're in the USA using the Bland AI API. Not so easy if you're going to ask it to make reservations in Malaysia, or acquire a +60 number. Similar with Singapore with a +65 number. So it seems online reservations are preferred.

LLMs are of course a permanent part of our work, it’s not psychosis in any form.

Think of how we programmed before. Writing directly into basica. Pascal said pseudocode like will help us. We definitely stopped writing assembly.

We went from just plain text editors like vim to using IDEs. Some of that was even without GUI, remember Borland?

Then there are compilers of all forms. And repls.

So really, LLMs are just part of our toolchain.

Psychosis is thinking you can build anything just burning tokens and not checking what’s going on and potentially never shipping anything but burnt tokens ;)
