@codevsdev Books and teachers. It's crazy to think about, but in the old days you'd go to a university and they'd have this thing called a Computer Lab and a really smart guy would teach classes on how to use the computers and what unix and C were.
@Publius43547357@hell_line0 Ahh yes the fake awesome jew war sinking billions of taxpayer dollars around the globe so a bunch of elites can larp in their forever-sandbox. So glad AI is solving THIS super special problem!
@SakshiSugandhi If you're a phone tribalist, a browser tribalist, an OS tribalist, you aren't really a developer. What made developers great was having experience in every offering (and the desire to experience) and evaluating which tool worked best for which job, and choosing on their own.
@AdequateEmily I did not watch this event & don't care, because I have watched literally hundreds of events where Trump was cheered like a roman triumph, this is not an argument.
You however are a delusional gender narcissist, your interpretation of reality is never likely to be a correct one.
@Publius43547357@hell_line0 There is no plausible reason to believe this as AI has not produced anything of value, only slop art, bad code, and surveillance.
@thinkingwest To me it's the opposite. "The woods" calls to my mind a small copse of trees, maybe on the edge of a farm. "The forest" is the vast, unbounded, pristine mystical world of nature that man would do well to tread with respect.
@EleonoraFall If you ever spend time engaging with people who unironically use the words "cultural appropriation" you've just thrown that time in a garbage can.
@UpdatingOnRome This was literally a joke in an ancient commercial. The family got a "caesar salad" with their order and the kid said "Kay-zar? I'm not eatin' THAT!"
I'd pay like, ten bucks if anyone could actually find this commercial.
